First and foremost, we are a global wholesale Carrier’s Carrier providing voice termination. We also offer a full suite of tailored Pre-Paid applications to qualified “Resellers” as a hosting ‘virtual switch’ platform provider and develop customized retail websites or offer a comprehensive API/SOAP tool to build your own website. We are an OEM/VAR for several award winning Telecom network solutions and provide Professional Consulting & Contract Services. Our philosophy, while simply stated, is a rigorous set of protocols and procedures implemented to deliver constant PREMIUM VOICE TERMINATION. Our Quality of Service (QoS) starts with the procurement of service from “Best of Breed” Carriers. We test every route before adding to our routing matrix and evaluate performance based on stringent performance criteria. We review Cost Per Minute (CPM) against performance to ensure optimal quality AND value. Network alarm and performance monitoring software thresholds are set for ASR and ACD at or above industry norms. When an issue arises, we promptly remove faulty vendors. Last, our QoS Coordinators have a rigid evaluation and strategy to maintain the integrity of our service.

NETWORK OVERVIEW

Our telephony network is a carrier class redundant platform with Points-of-Presence (PoP’s) in sought after regions around the world. Our Network Operations Center’s (NOC’s) monitor and manage services use sophisticated monitoring, alarm and trending tools and respond to customer’s issues using a web based interactive tracking Ticket system. With our core international network located in a Tier V facility on an OC12 SONET Ring using a host of Tier 1 internet backbone providers, we have a network and facility environment that is secure, reliable and unparalleled.
